Opened in 1931 by Pasquale "Patsy" Barbarulo and his wife Mary, Patsy`s Tavern & Restaurant has served several generations classic, handmade Italian cuisine. People return to Patsy`s from all across the United States to grab a bite and enjoy the homey, antique decor the restaurant offers. The fans have spoken, and remodeling is not on the plate; it's what keeps the regulars coming back, and attracting new faces too. The pizza is baked in the original 1931 brick ovens, which gives it its thin, crispy crust that keeps the patrons wanting seconds! The iconic crust was recently praised by Christine Sloan's "Restaurant Hunters" in 2019.
Currently kept thriving by Steve Barbarulo, the grandson of "Patsy," and Steve's wife Jill, the restaurant is here to serve everyone of any age. The antique qualities the establishment holds not only brings locals and travelers in, but famous moguls too! Multiple shows have requested to film in the iconic building, including HBO and Netflix.
